2. How we use data
- Provide the website, products, videos, catalogue and requested features.
- Maintain security, availability and abuse prevention.
- With your permission, produce pseudonymised statistics about sessions, pages, active time, scrolling, clicks, products, videos, searches and performance.
- Answer enquiries voluntarily sent through the published contact channels.
3. Data used for statistics
After you accept, we record random browser and session identifiers, the page and title, interactions, catalogue searches, a summarised referrer, country, region and city reported by Cloudflare, general device and screen category, classified browser and operating system, active time, scroll depth and loading metrics.
Our statistics database does not store your full IP address, name, email address, telephone number, password, postal address, GPS location, form contents, content outside this website or full user-agent. Searches that appear to contain an email address or telephone number are discarded.

Analytics cookies remain disabled until you accept. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies or sell data.
5. External services and international processing
- Cloudflare: delivers and protects the website and may process technical connection data through its global infrastructure.
- Google Maps: the embedded map may receive technical browser data when loaded, subject to Google's rules.
- External links: Instagram, WhatsApp and other destinations have their own policies.
The company and main server are in Brazil, so access from another country involves international processing. We do not sell or transfer personal data for advertising.
6. Retention
Detailed analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. The consent preference and analytics identifier also last 90 days; location and language preferences last one year. Information may be retained when required for legal obligations, rights or security.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, transfer information and withdrawal of consent under applicable law. The company observes Brazil's LGPD and relevant data protection rights in your country. Send requests to the email address above.
